Every bed has a 30-night trial. If it isn't right for him, for any reason, including the size, we refund 100% of what you paid. You don't post it back - you drop it at a local animal shelter or rescue and send us a photo. After that, if the bed is faulty, we replace it for three years.
Foam that sags or stops recovering its shape, and manufacturing defects in stitching, zips, liners, filling or structure. Send photos, a short video and your order number and we replace the bed. Chewing, accidents and normal wear are not covered.
Three separate layers. A memory foam top that takes his shape, a cooling gel layer under it, and a firm support base — the layer that decides whether he can feel the floor. Three inches of foam on Small and Medium, four inches on Large and Extra Large.
Yes. The entire outer cover comes off as one piece, bolsters and all. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Most beds in this category sew the bolsters in, which is the single most common complaint owners leave about them.
The outer fabric is water-resistant, not waterproof, and we would rather say so plainly. A water-protective liner comes in the box and fits between the cover and the foam — you fit it yourself — so everyday spills and accidents do not reach the foam core. The cover itself comes off and goes in the machine. A determined puppy and a full bladder will still beat it.
We do not make medical claims, and we are not vets. What we can tell you is what it is: a firm support base that does not bottom out under a big dog, so he cannot feel the floor, with a soft memory foam top. If your dog has a joint condition, ask your vet.
The cover is 180 gsm velvet and the zip is a recessed YKK, so it is not an easy target. One owner's three-year-old left it alone for a month after destroying every other bed he owned. That said, chewing damage is not covered by the warranty.

We read the one-star reviews first.
We read the one-star reviews on the beds people were already buying. Not the happy ones. The same complaints came back over and over: it flattened, he could feel the floor through it, the cover would not come off so it could not be washed. Every one of those is the same complaint wearing different clothes — the word on the box and the thing inside it were not the same. So we built one bed that answers them, and put the money into the parts nobody photographs.
