RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every Bruno & Co. Pet Company Inc bed is sold brand new. You are the first and only owner to use it — no bed we ship has been previously used, returned, or claimed.

All sales are final

Because the Bruno Orthopedic Dog Bed is a hygiene-sensitive pet product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size (please use our Size Guide before ordering)

  • A pet not taking to the bed

  • Any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect

A used dog bed cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons, so we are unable to take beds back once they have been used.

The one exception is a genuine manufacturing defect, which is covered by our 3-Year Foam Warranty below.

3-Year Foam Warranty

Every Bruno Orthopedic Dog Bed is covered by a 3-year warranty on the foam against genuine manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers:

  • Foam defects — premature sagging, collapse, or abnormal degradation

  • Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, liners, filling, or structure

  • Material inconsistencies in the bed as manufactured

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Misuse, or use other than as a dog bed

  • Chewing or scratching damage

  • Pet accidents, soiling, staining, or odour

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, cuts, or tears

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care

Warranty period: The warranty begins on the date of purchase, or the date you receive the bed, whichever is later, and runs for 3 years from that date.

How to make a warranty claim

A genuine defect is always something we want to make right. To file a claim, email brunoandco.pets@gmail.com with all of the following:

  1. Clear photos of the defect, plus photos of the full bed and the product label.

  2. A video clearly showing the defect — a video is required for every claim.

  3. Your order ID.

  4. A short written description of the problem.

Please keep the bed until your claim is fully resolved — do not discard it.

Our team will acknowledge your claim within 3-5 business days and review it with our manufacturer. Because a valid claim may involve the manufacturer, full review can take up to 15 business days.

Approved claims

For claims confirmed as a genuine manufacturing defect, Bruno & Co. Pet Company Inc will provide a free replacement of the bed at no product cost to you. Replacement of the item is our remedy for a valid warranty claim; we do not provide cash compensation beyond the value of the product.
