RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Every Bruno & Co. Pet Company Inc bed is sold brand new. You are the first and only owner to use it. No bed we ship has been previously used, returned or claimed.
Your bed is protected in two ways:
- A 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- A 30-Night Trial, so you can get your money back if the bed isn't right for your dog.
3-YEAR WARRANTY
Every Bruno Orthopedic Dog Bed is covered by a 3-year warranty against genuine manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers:
- Foam defects: premature sagging, collapse or abnormal breakdown of the foam
- Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, liners, filling or structure
- Material inconsistencies in the bed as manufactured
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, or use other than as a dog bed
- Chewing or scratching damage
- Pet accidents, soiling, staining or odour
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, cuts or tears
- Damage caused by improper washing or care
Warranty period The warranty begins on the date of purchase or the date you receive the bed, whichever is later, and runs for 3 years from that date.
How to make a warranty claim A genuine defect is always something we want to make right. To make a claim, email support@brunoandco.co with:
- Clear photos of the defect, plus photos of the full bed and the product label.
- A video clearly showing the defect. A video is needed for every claim.
- Your order number.
- A short description of the problem.
Please keep the bed until your claim is fully resolved. Do not throw it away.
We will reply to your claim within 3 to 5 business days and review it with our manufacturer. Because a claim may involve the manufacturer, the full review can take up to 15 business days.
Approved claims If we confirm a genuine manufacturing defect, Bruno & Co. Pet Company Inc will send you a replacement bed at no cost to you. A replacement is our remedy for a valid warranty claim. We do not pay cash compensation beyond the value of the product.
30-NIGHT TRIAL, 100% MONEY BACK
On top of the warranty, every bed comes with a 30-night trial. If your dog won't use the bed, or it isn't right for any reason, including the size, we will refund you in full.
Why you don't post the bed back A used dog bed cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. So instead of sending it back to us, you give it to a local animal shelter or rescue, and another dog gets a good bed.
How to ask for a refund
- Within 30 nights of delivery, email support@brunoandco.co with your order number and a line about what isn't working.
- We will reply within 1 business day. If the problem is the size, we will offer to swap it for the right size first.
- If you would still like a refund, drop the bed at any local animal shelter or rescue that accepts beds, within 14 days of our reply. Send us a photo of the bed there, or the donation receipt.
- We will refund 100% of what you paid to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your photo.
If no shelter near you accepts beds, just tell us. We will still refund you and help you find another way to pass the bed on.
Trial terms
- One trial per household.
- The 30 nights start on the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- The trial applies to orders shipped within Canada from brunoandco.co.
- Wholesale and trade orders are not included.
- The refund is the amount you paid, after any discount code.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If your bed arrives damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong size, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number.
